We offer a fast, free nationwide delivery service for all orders to mainland UK, using our delivery partners APC and Yodel for postal size boxes.  Yodel deliveries take up to 3 working days for delivery.  APC are the UK’s largest parcel delivery network with over 100 independent, entrepreneurial delivery and collection specialists.  They have been providing excellent service to many SME customers since 1994.

All orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched on the same day. Any orders received after 1pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, will be despatched on the next working day.

When we have your order ready, you will receive an email from our delivery partner APC Overnight advising your order is due for delivery the following day for peace of mind.

Once your order is out for delivery, we will make contact with further delivery updates.

If you’re not home when we attempt delivery? Not to worry, if a neighbour isn’t home to accept your delivery for you, we will share re-delivery instructions with a choice of options, collect from your local APC Overnight depot or re-arrange delivery on a convenient day of your choice

If you wish to add new delivery instructions once your order is in transit, you are welcome to contact your local APC Overnight depot.

If you want to place your order in advance and have it delivered on a specific date (Monday – Friday) please let us know what day you require your box in the Order notes section of the checkout. Please note that this service is only available for deliveries Monday – Friday.

APC Overnight: frequently asked questions for receiving parcels

I’ve received a card telling me I’ve missed a delivery, what do I do now?

Follow the instructions on the ‘sorry we missed you’ card/email notification and use the APC Called Tool or contact your local depot to re-arrange delivery or to collect your parcel. Please get in touch as soon as possible; parcels may be returned to the sender in three working days if you do not contact us.

Can I collect my parcel myself?

If you have received a ‘sorry we missed you’ card and you prefer to collect an item, please call your local depot to verify that the item has arrived back there before going to collect it.  Please also check opening times when you contact the depot.

You will need to bring the card we left and proof of your identity as well as confirmation of your address.

Can my parcel be delivered to another address or left safe?

Items may only be redirected or left in a safe place with permission from the sender. For security and contractual reasons we cannot accept these instructions from a recipient until the sender has authorised us to do this. If you are expecting to receive an item and want it to be delivered to a different address or left in a safe place, please contact the sender who can in turn give us the authority to do this.

How can I track my parcel?

Please use the Track Your Parcel form.

When will my parcel be delivered?

For deliveries to the majority of the UK we deliver on the next working day after the item was sent (this may vary in some locations). When an item is booked with APC Overnight, the sender will specify delivery from our range of services. This is normally for delivery by 9am, 10am, 12 noon or 4pm on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Delivery will be attempted between 8am and the selected delivery time.

Rebooked deliveries will be attempted on the same service as originally chosen by the sender.
